Born on 26 September 1932, Mr. Manmohan singh is a highly qualified person. His qualification is : M.A. (Economics), Punjab University, Chandigarh, First Class with first position in the University, Economics Tripos (First Class Honours), University of Cambridge, U.K., D.Phil, Nuffield College, University of Oxford, U.K. He is the Prime minister of India and most respected in the Sikh Community as well in the country.

S. Parkash Singh Badal

Born on August 12, 1927, Mr. Badal  entered politics in 1947 and was first elected to Vidhan Sabha in 1957.He was re-elected to Vidhan Sabha in 1969. From 1969-70 he acted as a Minister. He has served Chief Minister of Punjab for the periods as below:. 1970-71, 1977-80 and 1997-2002. Also, he was a Member of Parliament and became Union Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation in the Central Government headed by Morarji Desai.

S. Arvinder Singh Lovely

Minister Education & Tourism , Delhi Govt.

Born on 11.12.1968. He has done his graduation from Delhi University in Political Science. While he was in the college he was elected to Students' Union of SGTB Khalsa College (Morning ). It was during his college life he was actively involved with various social organizations.

He was appointed General Secretary, Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress in the year 1990 and during the year 1992-1996, he was appointed General Secretary of All India NSUI.

For the first time in 1998 he was elected to Delhi Legislative Assembly. As MLA he was not only actively associated with the formulation of several Govt. Policies but, also engaged with several social and academic organizations. He was also entrusted with the responsibility of the Chairman of Bhimrao Ambedkar College, Delhi. It is because of his excellent track record as MLA, he was given Best legislative Award for the year 2000. He was appointed Gen. Secretary, Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee in 2000, and President, East District Congress Committee (I).

In the year 2003, he was re-elected to Delhi Legislative Assembly by getting 73.53 % of the total number of polled votes, which is the highest among all the 70 constituencies of Delhi Legislative Assembly. For the first time he has given the responsibilities of Education, Tourism, Languages, Gurdwara Election & Gurdwara Administration Minister, in the Council of Ministers of Govt. of Delhi.
